Hermes Oboe Festival – Application Information

📌 Important: The festival is limited to a maximum of 16 active participants.
📅 Application deadline: 13 June 2026.

To apply as an active student, please send an email to hermesoboefestival@gmail.comincluding:

• Your full name

• Your date of birth

• The place and institution where you study

• The pieces you would like to perform

• Whether you would like to perform in the student concert

• A short recording (free choice: a movement or complete piece. Professional equipment is not required; audio-only is also fine).

Once we receive your email, we will reply confirming your request.

If selected as one of the 16 students, you will receive an email requesting proof of payment to:

Festival fees:

• Active students: €350

• Listeners: €60
  (Accommodation not included)​

⏱ After we receive your request, you will receive a confirmation email within 15 to 45 minutes.
